You can email us if you require any consultation with regards to Special Needs.

The consultation services that we provide are:

 

• Customised Individualised  Educational Plan(IEP) via email

• Customised lesson plans for home and classroom teaching via email

• Customised and individualised tools for educators and stakeholders via email

• Behaviour management resources i.e. behaviour modification plan, checklists, informal assessment for

What you have to do to sign up?:

1. Please email to specialneeds.hub15@gmail.com and state your full name and type of consultation service you require as a subject. (i.e. # Customised Individualised Educational Plan (IEP) Consultation - Mdm Tan Kai Lin)

2. Provide a brief description of child's behaviour and needs in the email.

3. Once you have emailed us, we will respond to your email as soon as possible.

4. In our response email, we will inform you on how to make payment for the consultation service.
